🌟 Focus of the Session: This week, we’ll delve deeper into Craniosacral Therapy. With gentle hands, we’ll connect and support the body as an organism, fostering a serene environment mostly on the floor. Participants will pair up to give and receive care, observing how it affects the nature of touch.
🧘♀️ For those already familiar with Craniosacral methods, we’ll adopt an integrative approach that combines functional (more anatomical) and biodynamic perspectives.
📚 There will be a brief introduction to the technique, followed by guided body work to ensure everyone can connect with their midline.
