This is a traditional yoga class for all levels.What to bring: Yoga Mat if you have one. Mats will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.Kids: Youth ages 6 and up are welcomed to join the class as long as they can remain quiet the entire hour. If the kid(s) become noisy we kindly ask that you step out of class with your child to be considerate of the other practitioners.Rain Cancellation: If rain is in the forecast, follow & check @YoganicFlow Instagram to learn if the class is cancelled due to weather.
