🏅 All finishers will receive a stunning Dragonfly medal and enjoy delicious cake, along with the legendary Phoenix aid station offering a variety of sweet and savory treats! 🍰🍩
Whether you're a runner, walker, jogger, or hiker, this event is open to all abilities! Complete one lap to be a finisher, or see how far you can go within the full 7-hour limit on a picturesque 5.3 km (3.28 miles) out-and-back course along the scenic River Mersey in Chorlton Water Park. 🌊🌳

You can choose from distances ranging from 5km to ultra! There's even a medal-free entry option for a reduced entry fee.

🚻 Restrooms and changing facilities available at Race HQ. Parking is available at Hardy Farm (first come, first served, 75 cars) and additional parking across the river at Sale Water Park (15-min walk to start).
Note: For those doing up to a half marathon, please consider parking at Sale Water Park.
