Whether you're busy on weekends or just looking for a midweek challenge, this event is tailor-made for you. Experience the beauty of our 5.3 km (3.28 mile) out-and-back course along the stunning River Mersey. 📍

🏅 Event Highlights:

• Choose Your Distance: From 5km to 10k, half-marathon, marathon, or ultra! 🏆
• All Abilities Welcome: Complete just one lap and you're a finisher! Everyone gets a fabulous bespoke finisher’s medal. 🎖️
• Flexible Running: No need to decide beforehand; start running and keep going as long as you feel good!
• Charity Support: We're proud to support Bart's Animal Sanctuary, Manchester. £1 will be donated for every finisher.

• Terrain: Flat and fast riverside towpath; suitable for light trail shoes or road shoes.
• Aid Station: Fully stocked with snacks such as bananas, pretzels, jelly sweets, and more, including vegan/gluten-free options! 🍌🥨
• Parking: Limited parking for 75 cars at Hardy Farm (first come, first serve). Additional parking options available about a 15-minute walk away.
