Event Details:

• Run Group: 4.2 Mile run led by Zeke!
• Walk Group: Currently not in production, but open to new walk leaders auditioning.

Ground Rules:

• Who: ALL paces are welcomed!
• Introductions: Share your name, how long you've been involved with Pitch and Run, and something great that happened this week.
• Purpose: Pitch and Run is about supporting each other in life and work, focusing on building a community and connections. We discuss life and work during our runs and walks.
• Rule of Thumb: Share how you can support others 2x before making an ask 1x. It’s always better to give than to receive.

Schedule:

• 7:55 AM - Arrive
• 8:00 AM - Intros (circle ⭕️ outside Codependent Coffee)
• 8:10 AM - Group Photo!
• 9:00 AM - Enjoy some coffee and stick around if you can!
