Festival Details:
The festival features many musical and dance ensembles from Europe, Asia, South America, and Africa. Over 40 folklore groups will perform on outdoor stages at Ovocný trh and Náměstí Republiky, showcasing traditional music and diverse dance styles. Each performance includes folk art demonstrations from participating countries and regions. Dance plays a central role, with performances proving that song, music, and dance are universal languages for understanding.

Highlight: The festival culminates on Saturday, 18 July 2026 from 10:00 with a grand parade through the Old Town – a procession of 1,000 costumed participants beginning and ending at Old Town Square (Staroměstské náměstí). The event is free and accessible to all audiences.
