This event marks the launch of The Soul Nourishing Business LLC. Merging world-class live music, intimate curation, and a custom culinary concept, these gatherings aim to connect individuals and bring kindred spirits together around the hearth.

What to Expect:

• The Sound: Intimate, exploratory live music featuring world-class guest artists, storytelling, deep musical dialogue, and exclusive clips from Evan’s new travel show “The Welcome.”
• The Culinary Experience: A custom-crafted, cross-cultural fusion menu prepared personally by Evan, combining rich heritage, slow-braising techniques, and deep comfort.
• The Atmosphere: Limited to 30 guests to ensure a genuine, high-vibe community hang.

CHAPTER I: August 8th — Featuring Roman Goron
The Vibe: A jazz-focused evening of duo sets featuring Roman Goron and Evan Flory-Barnes, exploring original tunes, improvisations, and jazz standards.

The Culinary Concept (French-Filipino-American Fusion):

• The Mains:
  • Red Wine Braised Beef — slow-braised with garlic-adobo notes and aromatics.
  • Coq au Adobo Boneless Skinless Chicken braised in San Miguel and French Farmhouse Ale with garlic adobo notes.
• The Starch: Garlic-Forward Potato Purée.
• The Vegetables: Pinakbet Ratatouille — an elevated, plant-based French-dice stew featuring squash, eggplant, and bitter melon bound with a rich miso-umami base.
