Preschool Fitness - FUN Exercise Class!

Join us for a delightful parent and me fitness class that's all about being "Kid Fit"! This engaging boot camp is specially designed for children ages 2-6, but everyone is welcome to join the fun!

We'll kick things off with warm-up stretches, followed by exciting interval sprints and games that enhance large motor skills through relay races. To top it all off, we have an exhilarating obstacle course challenge waiting for you! 🎉

Cost: $20 per child (payable on site) or enjoy FREE entry with a monthly membership! 🏃‍♂️💪
