Proměny opavských promenádních parků

Did you know that city parks included cafés, a fountain, or a statue of Friedrich Ludwig Jahn? This tour explores not only the parks but also the surrounding area. Our route will start at the former building of the city savings bank and end at the Historical Exhibition Building of the Silesian Museum. A borrowed printed guide will help us visualize what has disappeared.

Practical information:

• 📍 Start: In front of the Municipal House, Ostrožná Street.
• 👩‍🏫 Lecturer: Petra Kaniová (National Institute of Monuments)
• ⏳ Estimated tour length: 90–120 minutes
• 🎟️ Purchase tickets for Go Out at the reception of the Municipal House, with possible additional sales on site.
• ☔ In case of very bad weather, the tour will be canceled and the entrance fee will be refunded.
