About the Band:
PROTEST THE HERO hails from Whitby, Ontario, Canada. Initially known as HAPPY GO LUCKY, they have since made a name for themselves in the metal scene since releasing their debut EP, Search for the Truth, in 2002. Their first full-length album, Kezia, was released in 2005, followed by their critically acclaimed Fortress in 2008.

In 2013, they succeeded in crowdfunding their fourth album, Volition, which marked a new era of independence for the band. Since then, they have continued to push creative boundaries with releases like Palimpsest in 2020.
