Join us for a fun, beginner-friendly circuit training session where we’ll rotate through different exercises together as a group. Think movement, energy, laughs, and mild collective suffering.
This is not military bootcamp energy.
Nobody is here to become an Olympic athlete.
We’re just rainbow humans trying our best while pretending squats are emotionally manageable.

You can go at your own pace the entire time. Modifications and breaks are completely okay.
