Recharge & Create: Playful Painting for Burnout Recovery 🎨✨
Burnout prevention and recovery are supported when we step away from screens and engage our hands and minds - creating art is a simple, powerful way to relax, reconnect, and recharge.
On Friday, May 8th, at 4.55 pm, we’ll meet at de Boomsspijker (Atelier 2.2) for a creative workshop guided by Mon, founder of Flock & Doodle, to channel our inner childlike creativity by painting with all sorts of curious tools: paper straws, forks, our fingers, and even stamps made out of Play-Doh.
First time joining? Check out the atmosphere from last time.
The session will be in the Atelier 2.2. When you enter the building, go left, take the stairs up to the second floor, cross the glass doors, and the second door on the left will be the one you want. Once everyone arrives, we will get introduced, settle in, and start the session. Please arrive a few minutes early.
