In this 1.5-hour session, simply lie back under a cozy blanket, close your eyes, and immerse yourself in a meditative journey. Different instruments like gongs, singing bowls, chimes, and rattles create sound vibrations that will envelop you, helping to ease stress and promote deep relaxation.
