Restorative Practices
About the event
Join us for an engaging training hosted by the National Center for Restorative Justice (NC4RJ)!
Restorative Justice fosters a culture of belonging by creating a shared language and experience around conflict. We view it as a Relational Approach to Conflict, emphasizing the need to develop our own conflict tolerance for healthy engagement.
During this training, you will gain practical, hands-on experience as we explore:
- 🔄 Relationship Building Circles
- 📜 Accountability Circles
- 📝 Group Author Conferences
- 🤝 Restorative Conferences
These methods serve as invaluable tools to cultivate deeper engagement and tackle challenging issues within our classrooms and schools. This session is part one of a two-part training designed for those interested in becoming certified trainers.
