Come and participate in a captivating one-day workshop with Jo Paloma! 🎨✨ No prior patchwork experience needed—if you can sew a straight line, you’re all set!
Workshop Highlights:
We'll kick off by creating an easy patchwork that will serve as the foundation for crafting a delightful rice bag. 👜 Traditionally used for carrying rice offerings to temples, these bags now make for wonderful project or gift bags.
What to Bring:
- Two UK/European cut Fat Quarters (Note: American cuts are shorter, so more fabric is needed for lining)
- A similar amount of wadding (Vliesiline H640 recommended)
- 60” of cord or ribbon
- An A2 cutting mat
- 24” ruler
- Rotary cutter
- Standard sewing kit
- Sewing machine and thread
The workshop fee is £65, which includes hot drinks, biscuits, and cake for throughout the day. 🍰☕ Remember to bring a packed lunch!
