To identify the most passionate future leaders, our evaluation will consist of three phases:

1. Aptitude Test: Assessing reasoning and situational analysis.
2. Focus Group Discussion (FGD): Evaluating teamwork and communication dynamics.
3. Viva: A personalized interview to explore your alignment with RUMARC’s values.
