• Cacao contains theobromine, which can stimulate in a way similar to caffeine. If you're sensitive to caffeine, please consult with me for a lower dosage.

• While cacao is generally safe during pregnancy, consult me for a smaller dosage based on individual needs.
• Gong sound healing is not recommended for:
