Join us for invigorating outdoor fitness classes by the sea with Coastal Crew Fitness! 🌅
This session features a dynamic mix of strength, HIIT, mobility, and functional training, perfect for all fitness levels. Whether you're just starting out or are already a seasoned athlete, our classes can be tailored to meet your needs!
📍 Location: On the clifftop beside Café Riva in Southbourne.
What to Bring:

Pricing:
- PAYG: £8.50 for individual classes
- £35 for 10 classes
