We're bringing our new four-part wellness series to life with an evening of movement, recovery and red light therapy. To mark the launch, we're hosting an intimate class 50 floors high in the sky.
Join personal trainer to the stars Flik Swan for a 45-minute Sculpt & Stretch class: a pilates-led session on the Red Light Therapy Blanket that pairs elite, performance-trained movement with high-powered red light to leave you restored rather than wrecked.
