Join us for Session 02: FLO in the Summer Speed Series! 🏃‍♂️💨 This unique series is designed to close the gap between understanding running techniques and mastering them in practice. Over the course of four Wednesday evenings at Mile End Athletics Track, we'll focus on enhancing your running mechanics.

What to Expect in Session 02:
Dive deep into the art of running fluidly with an emphasis on wicket runs, optimal posture, effective arm action, and finding your sprint rhythm. This session is where you’ll start to feel a shift—your body will begin to move effortlessly, just as it was meant to! ✨

Who Should Join?
This series is perfect for all runners, sprinters, triathletes, HYROX athletes, gym enthusiasts, former athletes (even if you just ran in high school), and anyone eager to boost their athleticism and confidence in running. 🌈

No sprinting experience is necessary—just bring the desire to improve! Sneakers are fine; spikes are optional but welcome.
