Join our welcoming Silver Swans® ballet classes, designed by the Royal Academy of Dance for adults aged 55 and above, but open to all adults and abilities, including those without any prior dance experience. 🌟

In these gentle sessions, you will improve your strength, balance, posture, and wellbeing while enjoying a supportive environment.
