Step into a restorative container crafted to soothe your nervous system and quiet the noise of everyday life. Jess Luibrand — with over 15 years of experience in sound, energy work, and breathwork — guides a 60-minute Sound Healing & Guided Meditation session on the Human Flourishing Floor. Her practice creates space to release heavy energy, soften, recalibrate, and return to your center.

Following the sound ceremony, the group will gather for a sharing circle to ground and integrate the experience together.

After the sound ceremony and sharing circle, transition into grounded movement on the rooftop with Zan. With over 10 years of experience teaching Brazilian Zouk, Zan brings deep somatic mastery to help you physically process and integrate the sound journey — moving freely, releasing lingering tension, and finding your center as the sun descends.
