Spare Arts Volunteer Hours

Join us in supporting our community! Help sort donated art supplies and pack craft kits for our Spare Arts Supply stations. We receive numerous supplies each month and aim to distribute them to artists who need them.

During this shift, you'll be involved in:

• 🧵 Sorting items into categories like Fiber Arts, Paint, Office Supplies.
• 🧶 Freshening up supplies by winding yarn, removing lint from fabric, or tidying containers of beads.
• 📦 Packing items into kits according to a list from our Spare Arts Leads.
• 🏷️ Labelling supplies and kits.

How to Get to the Studio

Our studio is located at 21-07 41st Avenue. Upon arrival, scan the large QR code on the door and find The Collaboratory in the directory to gain entry.

Once inside, take the elevator to Floor 2 and find us in Studio #213.

Mask Reminder 😷

The Collaboratory requires masks. Two air filters/purifiers will be in operation during gatherings. If you don't have a mask, we will provide one at the door.
