Summer Teen Group Therapy Workshops (Ages 13-17)

Summer is not just a break from school — it's a perfect opportunity for kids and teens to slow down, reflect, and build crucial skills that extend far beyond the classroom. Quail Lakes Community Counseling is thrilled to introduce a new weekly group workshop series designed for this purpose.

What Happens in Group? 🤔
Each session has a unique theme, including:

• Navigating Friendships 👭
• Managing Stress 🌈
• Discovering Personal Strengths 🌟
  Activities will include art, movement, music, games, and genuine conversations without any lectures or worksheets. Just a warm, supportive environment where young individuals can express their true selves!

For Teens: The sessions delve deeper into:

• Exploring Identity 🌍
• Building Self-Awareness 💪
• Effective Communication & Boundary Setting 🚧
• Creating a Personal Toolkit for Life’s Challenges 🔧

Experience the profound realization of shared feelings! Group therapy offers teens a chance to share their experiences while practicing essential social and emotional skills alongside their peers.

Group Details:

• Ages: 13–17
• Total Sessions: 13
• Duration: Wednesdays, 4:00 PM (45-60 minutes each)
• Location: 1833 West March Lane, Suite 6, Stockton, CA 95209
• Cost:
  • $35 per session
  • June Bundle (5 sessions): $150 — Save $25
  • July Bundle (4 sessions): $120 — Save $20
  • August Bundle (4 sessions): $120 — Save $20
  • Full Summer (all 13 sessions): $375 — Save $80
