Join Us for the Flood Meadows Conservation Working Party! 🌿🌊

Join us every 3rd Sunday of the month for a friendly conservation session at Flood Meadows! Meet us by the shed at Tanhouse Lane on 15th March from 10:00 to 12:00.

Guided by Brian Good, we're working together with Alton Town Council to enhance this beautiful 15-acre area surrounding the Northern branch of the River Wey. During our two-hour session, we'll engage in various tasks such as:

• Maintaining riverside paths
• Trimming or removing vegetation
• Improving the natural beauty of this unique space for everyone.

🔧 Tools provided, along with refreshments!
Wear your wellies if you're comfortable wading into the river.

Our tasks are designed to accommodate the interests and skills of all our volunteers, creating a supportive and engaging atmosphere. Plus, we often have opportunities for further volunteering in Alton!
