SUNDAY MINDFUL LONGRUN by RUN-N-RAVE

Hey Runners,
Have you been wanting to try some longer runs, but in a safe group with an easy pace and lots of options to turn back if you need?
Run-N-Rave got YOU covered 🧡
Goal is an easy pace 12k run, but we also have shorter routes. There are always places to loop back earlier.
This run is for everyone who is wanting to get in to longer distances at an easy, friendly pace, and have space to turn back any time if you need to.

🏃‍♀️This week the run will be led by Captain Nils! The run will be appox 12km at a 6ish Pace! - there are also always options to go back with shorter distance, we are planning on doing different distances depending on your feedback and upcoming Races.
Stay for Snacks, Coffee and Dancing 💃🕺
➕ After the run we’ll stay together for a reflection & intention-setting moment, guided by @Keti. This part is about mindset, clarity and intentionality. It’s for everyone who’s looking for a Brain-Break 🧠 and taking some time for themselves! (approx 45 mins)
