We'll meet on Espigo del Gas Pier for a 75-minute yoga class focused on feeling good in our bodies, while soaking in a beautiful sunset 🌅

About Me:

My name is Cat, a certified RYT200 yoga teacher from Ireland. I specialize in Vinyasa yoga and have been practicing yoga for 5 years. I completed my training at Bali Kapha Yoga School in May 2024, and pursued further studies in Touch & Assist. My goal is to help individuals connect with their bodies, enhance their awareness, and cultivate self-compassion.
