About the event
Join us for the exciting kick-off of our partnership with Sweat Club! Enjoy a refreshing Sunday long run followed by a delightful picnic in the sun and some rejuvenating hot/cold exposure for recovery. ๐
Distance: 10-15k
Pace Options: 5:30, 6:00, and 6:30/km
We'll begin our run from Sweat Club, a change from our usual Cotidiano Stiglmaierplatz. ๐โโ๏ธ๐จ After the run, enjoy Vitaminwell drinks to recharge. Bag drop service will be available, so pack your favorite snacks and drinks and let's make a whole day of it! ๐ฅช๐น
What to Bring:
- Towel (for sauna use)
- Swimwear
- Flip-flops
- Water
Sauna Etiquette:
- Arrive on time - the sauna will be hot and ready! โ๏ธ
- Cover up outside the sauna.
- Keep the sauna door closed at all times.
- Aufguss equipment will be provided.
