
Tamale-Making Demonstration & Tasting
Join us for a delightful culinary journey where we celebrate the art of traditional tamale making! ๐ This engaging demonstration will teach you the vital techniques for crafting tamales, including:
- Proper masa hydration and preparation ๐ฅ
- An overview of red sauce creation ๐
- Savory meat fillings ๐ถ๏ธ
Participants will be guided step-by-step on how to assemble tamales from beginning to end. The first 20โ30 attendees will even have the chance to make their own tamales! ๐
While our tamales are steaming, weโll show you how to whip up fresh chimichurri and salsa fresca. ๐ฅ At the end of the session, freshly steamed tamales will be servedโone per person for the first 60 attendees! You can choose between two tantalizing varieties:
- Cheese & Green Chile (vegetarian) ๐ฑ
- Chicken with Red Sauce ๐
