Welcome to a safe and nurturing space where you can slow down, tune into yourself, and gently explore your physical sensations, energy, and connection with others. This practice is perfect for beginners, with absolutely no esotericism involved — we focus solely on real physical sensations.

For your comfort, please note: this is not a party, and there is no 'free' component. The entire session is a carefully structured sequence of resonance exercises — we progress step by step, from the simplest practices to more complex ones. Contact is built gently and slowly, and we strive to maintain gender balance wherever possible.

Important: Everything happens fully clothed; there will be no undressing. Powerful experiences may occur during the first meeting, but truly deep changes happen naturally and gradually.

This meeting is about how to:

• Be present in the moment, releasing chaos and inner control.
• Gently let go of tension, returning to relaxation and ease.

Preparation:
Choose soft, comfortable clothing that does not restrict your movements and in which you feel cozy. Please arrive fresh and remove jewelry to avoid distractions during the process. We look forward to seeing you in good spirits!
