About the event

AI is profoundly impacting our daily lives—from information search and communication to decision-making in education, healthcare, media, and public services. With this shift come various questions and concerns.

The Citizen AI Project is an inclusive forum designed for neighbors, workers, educators, artists, technologists, and anyone curious about AI's expanding role in society. Through open dialogue and shared reflections, we aim to create a space where diverse perspectives and experiences can be shared.

This event is not about technicalities; rather, it focuses on fostering conversations among those with varied experiences and viewpoints. There’s no need for expertise in AI! Curiosity, questions, skepticism, and personal stories are encouraged.

Participants can look forward to a light dinner and will receive compensation of $50 to help with transportation costs. Upon arrival, attendees will receive a QR code for access to the venue at the Interchurch Center. If you do not receive your code, please contact our team.
