The Cognitive Recovery Lab

About the event

A 90-minute applied neuroscience and somatic masterclass to eliminate context-switching fatigue, unlock high-stakes decision-making, and build sustainable cognitive capacity. Strictly capped at 5 seats.

For founders, facilitators, operators, and high-cognitive-load professionals navigating constant task-switching, decision fatigue, and mental overload.
❓ What this is
If your day involves jumping between meetings, client pressure, deadlines, strategy, operations, and nonstop context-switching, your nervous system eventually starts making decisions for you. Defensively.

You finish the day exhausted but unable to properly switch off.
This session is a practical lab on how high-output people actually lose focus, clarity, and executive function under pressure, and how to interrupt those patterns in real time. Grounded in psychophysiology and applied coaching. Small group, hands-on, with time for live troubleshooting of your specific load and your specific patterns.

🧩 Format
Small-group, interactive, applied.
Intentionally capped at 5 participants for live troubleshooting, discussion, and interactive group
