The Operator's Table is a closed-door gathering of 25 carefully curated founders from across Delhi NCR.

For our inaugural edition, we're delighted to host Ankit Mehrotra, Co-founder of Dineout (Acquired by Swiggy), for an honest conversation on what it really takes to build and scale a company.

Rather than keynote presentations or panel discussions, the session is built around candid stories, practical lessons, difficult decisions, and the realities of entrepreneurship; followed by an open discussion with founders in the room.

The conversation will be held under the Chatham House Rule to encourage openness, honesty, and meaningful participation.

About the Guest Operator

Ankit Mehrotra is the Co-founder of Dineout, one of India's leading dining-out platforms, which was later acquired by Swiggy.

Over the years, he has built and scaled a company that transformed how millions of Indians discover and book restaurants. At The Operator's Table, he'll share the decisions, challenges, and lessons that rarely make it into podcasts or keynote talks.
