  • 30-minute strength training information session, followed by an open Q&A.
  • 60-minute guided full-body strength workout.
  • A tailored workout plan to take home.
  • A supportive, judgment-free environment.
  • Depart knowing how to execute movements, understand your training needs, and navigate the gym without uncertainty.
