What is The Womb Pool?

The Womb Pool© is an innovative aquatic therapy practice designed to create a nurturing environment for deep inner exploration. Developed by Sophia Michalopoulou, founder of Aquagenesis, this therapy takes place in an inflatable home jacuzzi, maintaining a cozy temperature of 36.5°C—reflecting the warmth of the womb.

In this unique space, participants engage with the jacuzzi's walls, allowing for gentle interaction that helps access early imprints and prenatal memories stored in the body. This practice is not just physical; it fosters reconnection and deep remembrance through the elements of water and warmth.

• Doulas and birth workers
• Therapists and bodyworkers

It is especially tailored for those wanting to support others in a gentle, embodied way that respects early life experiences.

Training Structure

The journey begins with two foundational online classes:

1. Womb Pool Setup & Care
   • Gain confidence in setting up and maintaining your inflatable jacuzzi.
2. Womb Pool Protocol©
   • Learn essential principles for approaching the Womb Pool space with clarity and safety.

The core of the training consists of a four-day in-person workshop for an intimate group of up to four participants.

In-Person Training

• Experience the Womb Pool in practice
• Embody the protocol
• Learn to create safe pre- and perinatal spaces
• Develop presence, sensitivity, and deep listening skills in water.

Outcomes

Participants will leave with:

• Confidence to set up and work with their own Womb Pool
• A clear understanding of the protocol and its application
• Foundational skills to guide others safely in this space
• A deeper connection to their own body, awareness, and intuition.

This training experience fosters a sense of grounding, connection, and trust in your inner guidance and the process itself. It invites participants to return to something simple, essential, and profoundly human.
