Type 1 Youth Surf Event

We're thrilled to partner with the Jimmy Miller Memorial Foundation for our second Surf Therapy Day aimed at kids and teens living with Type 1 diabetes. 🥳

No prior surfing experience is necessary to join in on the fun! Whether your child has never touched a surfboard or is an ocean lover, this day is crafted to help them build confidence, forge friendships, and enjoy a day in a safe, nurturing atmosphere.

The Jimmy Miller Memorial Foundation harnesses the healing powers of the ocean to promote mental health and wellness. Their dedicated team, including licensed therapists, lifeguards, water safety volunteers, and surf instructors, curates an unforgettable experience that transcends just learning to surf. 💙

Ages: 8–17

Location: Rosecrans Ave Lifeguard Tower, Manhattan Beach
Cost: Free 🎉

What to Expect:
