Ultimate Art Camp: PCA&D & PA Guild - Grades 6-8 – July 20-24

Join us for the Ultimate Art Camp hosted by the Pennsylvania College of Art & Design and the Pennsylvania Guild of Craftsmen! 🌟 This week-long camp, running from July 20-24, is designed for students in grades 6-8 who are eager to explore their creativity and artistic skills.

Start your day at PCA&D, learning various art-making techniques like drawing and printmaking. After a lunch break, campers will head to the Pennsylvania Guild of Craftsmen for an exciting afternoon of fine crafts, including mosaics, flameworking, resin, and woodworking!
🕒 Daily Schedule:

• 10:00 AM - 12:30 PM: PCA&D
• 12:35 PM - 1:15 PM: Lunch
• 1:30 PM - 4:00 PM: Guild

Parents, please note that the pick-up location will be the Pennsylvania Guild of Craftsmen, which is just a short walk from PCA&D. On the last day, we will showcase all the amazing work created during the camp in an exhibition from 4:15 - 5:00 PM! 🎉

The course welcomes all skill levels, providing a charming atmosphere for self-discovery and small-group learning. All necessary supplies are included, so your child can focus on having fun!

🍽️ Important Notes:

• Students should bring their own lunch and snacks (no nuts, seeds, or shellfish, please!). Refrigerators and microwaves are available for use.
• Please be aware that the Pennsylvania Guild of Craftsmen has classrooms on the second floor, which is not elevator accessible; however, the jewelry and glass studio is wheelchair accessible. For more information, contact kelly@pacrafts.org.
