From 16:30 to 17:30, experience an inspiring talk where Antonin will unveil the whimsical approaches that define his artistic creations. Don't miss the chance to engage in a Q&A session afterward—prepare those questions!

The Workshop 🎨

From 17:30 to 21:00, continue your journey with a hands-on Cavalry workshop! Antonin will guide you step by step through creating stunning letter animations. To ensure that your work isn't just a digital memory, you'll receive a print of your masterpiece to take home! No prior experience in Cavalry or motion design is needed—it's designed for easy navigation!

• This workshop is targeted at design professionals and students.
• Please bring your own laptop with Cavalry software installed (the free Starter version is acceptable).

Meet Antonin Waterkeyn 👨‍🎨

Hailing from Belgium, Antonin is an established art director and motion designer with a wealth of experience. After graduating from La Cambre in Brussels, he ventured into the industry in Paris. Over the past 18 years, he has collaborated with esteemed cultural institutions and brands, delivering artworks shown at festivals such as the Demo Festival and the Motion Motion Festival.

Currently residing in Bordeaux, he combines various motion design tools like After Effects and artificial intelligence, honing his skills with Cavalry over the past three years. Besides his artistic endeavors, Antonin passionately teaches motion design across several institutions in France and Belgium.
