General level yoga class, some experience helpful or reasonably fit beginners. The studio is located within the Caledonian Martial Arts & Fitness Centre beside Inverness Ice Rink, free parking. Please bring your own mat but otherwise I have props - belts/ blocks etc which you can use in the class. £12 for 90 min class. If you have any significant injuries or conditions please contact me prior to attending the class.
