Alexa Varsavsky is the General Manager of Thoughtful, an AI-first mental health platform incubated by Spring Health that delivers immediate, clinically designed support and intelligently routes users to provider care when needed.She has spent her career building products at the intersection of technology, behavior, and access from leading product strategy at Code and Theory for Fortune 500 companies to scaling AI and workforce upskilling solutions at Multiverse, and founding Ada Impacto, a fintech supporting underserved women entrepreneurs in Latin America. Today, Alexa focuses on how AI can close critical access gaps designing systems that meet people where they are, expand reach beyond traditional models, and redefine how support is delivered at scale.
