Her career has taken her through roles at Lazard, Stifel, Lightsource BP, and H.I.G. Capital, giving her a uniquely broad perspective on the climate and energy landscape.

Through Verana Ventures — a specialized advisory platform focused on climate tech, energy-grid technology, industrial decarbonization, and climate resilience — Elaine supports technical founders and emerging companies with capital strategy, investor narrative, fundraising preparation, investor outreach, and strategic ecosystem-building.
