There is a movement that lives in all of us — from smallness toward fullness, from hiding toward shining, from holding back toward opening up. This circle is an invitation to explore that journey together.

Join us for a free, two-hour women's circle in the woods of Parque Florestal de Monsanto, co-facilitated by Maddalena and Milena. We will open with a guided meditation to drop in, then move through somatic practices designed to gently invite expansion — in the body, in the breath, in the way we hold ourselves and each other.

This is a pilot gathering — the seed of something bigger. Our vision is to grow a living community of women as well as non-binary people who show up for each other, support each other, and remind each other of their true nature just for the sake of doing that. If this resonates, we'd love for you to be part of building it from the very beginning.

The circle is completely free — offered in the spirit of mutual and selfless support.

Bring a jacket to be cozier at sunset. We will have some pillows but please bring yours if you need one to be sure to have it. Out of respect for the group's energy and flow, we kindly ask that latecomers do not join once the circle has begun. Please arrive on time.
