Join us this Mental Health Awareness Month for an intentional morning merging mindful movement, breath, and sound.
Whether it's your first yoga class or you're a seasoned practitioner, this experience is designed for everyone! We will engage in a Vinyasa flow style practice, harmonizing breathwork, meditation, and a soothing sound bath to align your mind, body, and spirit.

About Your Teacher:
Samantha Martins (she/her/ella) is a Queer Afro-Latina interdisciplinary wellness practitioner, writer, plant medicine educator, and artist hailing from Rananchqua, also known as The Bronx. With nearly two decades of experience in studying, practicing, and teaching yoga and healing arts, her work emphasizes decolonizing and sharing the wisdom of yoga, somatics, and plant medicine while destigmatizing mental health issues. Samantha aims to educate, elevate, and empower individuals by integrating and sharing tools from holistic practices, plant medicine, self-inquiry, and the arts for optimal mental, physical, and spiritual well-being.
