This unique one-hour class is specifically designed for how runners move, this session will focus on the spine—the key area that absorbs all impact and often gets overlooked—along with opening up those tight hips.

🌟 What to Expect:

  • A balanced flow that combines movement and recovery, going beyond mere stretching.
  • Strength and stability work tailored for runners like you.
  • Mobility exercises for the spine and hips.
  • Breathing techniques to reset the nervous system.
  • A calm, grounded pace that’s intentional, not passive.

👟 This Class is Perfect for:

  • Runners of all distances: from 5K to full marathons, including trail enthusiasts.
