Join us for Yoga Wednesdays at the Raleigh Beyond Blue Neighborhood Center!
✨ FREE 50-minute classes every Wednesday at 10 a.m. hosted by the amazing You Call This Yoga nonprofit (youcallthisyoga.org)!
🪑 Chair Yoga: First and Third Wednesdays. Chairs will be provided!
🧘♂️ Mat Yoga: Second and Fourth Wednesdays. Please bring your own mat if you have one; if not, we have extras available!
