Join us for an energizing Zumba session at the Church of the Holy Apostles and St. Stephen! 🎉

Location: 901 Courtney Rd, Arbutus, MD 21227. Look for the red doors by the parking lot! 🚪

Schedule:
👉 First 5 minutes - Introductions and questions
👉 Middle 50 minutes - Dancing! Warm-up, core dances, cool-down
👉 Last 5 minutes - Outro, reflections, questions

First time? Welcome!! 🎈

Our classes are designed to be beginner-friendly. You don’t need any dance experience to join in and have fun! Expect to be dancing from day one! You’ll improve with each session and can add your own style after a few weeks.

We offer two intensity levels: follow the lower intensity or higher intensity instructor based on your comfort level! 💪
