About The Masquerade

The Masquerade is a multi-room live-music complex in downtown Atlanta, built around stages named for the afterlife — Heaven, Hell and Purgatory, joined in 2024 by a smaller room, Altar — around a shared courtyard. Founded in 1989 and relocated to Underground Atlanta in 2016, it runs 700-800 shows a year across punk, metal, indie and electronic music.
