L.EGO

PREMIERE

Choreographer Nataša Novotná is collaborating with Bohemia Ballet.

The program opens with the choreography Sacrebleu, edit 2025, which invites you into a world of refined movement. A poetic dance solo about fantastical visions and, in a way, our own prejudices.

This is followed by a work in progress, the new choreography L.EGO, where, simply put, our inspiration is a pattern. Above all, of our behavior.

“I perceive L.EGO as a game where specific individual pieces, when connected, form a whole. Instead of square blocks, I work with human beings—dancers—and their shapes, colors, and possibilities. … Imagine five siblings, the same foundation, yet each is different. Generally speaking, we will dance about the sensitivity of mutual perception.”

And what does our body really say? You’ll find out in the final workshop, where our imagination meets our own musculoskeletal system.
