Sobre el evento

SERENDIP Wellbeing Apéro – April 10th at 6.30pm
A New Ritual to celebrate & end the week!

We're giving you something wonderful to look forward to at the end of the week! After you finish work on Friday, 10th April - and before you head out to dinner with your friends/family, come on by to our Wellbeing Studio at 6.30pm.

  • Warm Tea & Relaxing: Get yourself comfy and relaxed. Slip off your shoes and grab a meditation cushion. Warm tea in-hand, we'll just take a moment and breath.
  • Inspiring Discussion: Listen and discuss with a short Q&A session with our invited guest speaker as we explore wellbeing in a transformative way.
  • Wine & Connection: Select a glass of wine (including non-alcoholic options) and some nibbles and continue to relax, connect, and celebrate the end of your work week.

Join us for Moments of Serendipity, our next Wellbeing Apéro — an evening dedicated to the art of pause. The Serendip team will share simple, science‑based micro‑moments that help you reconnect and recharge throughout your day. This Friday, Serendip invites you to slow down and rediscover the beauty of small moments.

Our Wellbeing Apéro: Moments of Serendipity celebrates the power of micro‑habits — those tiny, intentional pauses that transform how we work, lead, and live.
Throughout the evening, the Serendip team will share practical, sensory ideas for wellbeing:

Self‑massage techniques for tension points Simple stretches you can do in your office chair
The science behind micro‑moments and why they matter Rituals for walking, breathing, and reconnecting

Enjoy candlelit nocturne shopping in the spa, sip tea or a glass of wine, and move freely between conversations and experiences. Each moment is designed to help you feel grounded, inspired, and gently ren
