🌲 Call of the Woods #13 — Slavkov / Austerlitz

🏰 About This Walk

For the 13th edition, we venture into the historic fields where Napoleon fought and triumphed in one of history's most famous battles. The route winds past impressive war monuments and culminates at the magnificent Slavkov Castle, the very place where the peace treaty was signed following the Battle of Austerlitz.

The total distance is 19 km, with two well-earned pub stops — one at the halfway point and one at the finish line. 🍺 The return journey will be made by bus or train, whichever departs earliest.

📍 Meeting Point & Transport

• 🕒 Meet at 9:25 under the clock at tram stop Hlavní nádraží
• 🚎 At 9:35 we board trolleybus 31 to Slápanice

🎟️ Tickets

You'll need 2 separate tickets for the journey:

• Morning leg: 1 extra zone (with tram pass) or 3 zones (without tram pass)
• Return leg: 3 zones (with tram pass) or 5 zones (without tram pass)

💡 Please purchase your tickets in advance from the yellow ticket machines if possible — or arrive a little early to the meeting point to sort them out!
